YOUNG ADULTS MINISTRY | 18-30’s
MISSION, VISION & CODE OF CONDUCT
MISSION AND VISION
The Ealing Community Church Young Adults Ministry and by extension the WhatsApp Community and all other social media pages exists on the foundations of John 13:35;
“By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another”.
We aim to bring together a community of young adults through events where the love of Jesus is demonstrated and shared and in turn create disciples and leaders within the Church and the body of Christ as a whole.
SOCIAL MEDIA
The WhatsApp Community and Instagram page facilitates this aim; providing avenues for encouraging one another in faith, building community, and sharing Christ-centred discussions and resources.
Within the WhatsApp Community is a group chat. You can be a part of the WhatsApp Community and not be in the group chat. You will still be kept up to date on upcoming news through the Announcements feature.
Via the group chat, connect, enjoy banter, share laughs, and have fun with each other, but let’s remember to keep the focus on growing together and supporting each other in Christ.
YA Ministry Leaders are the social media admins and will guide discussions, address queries and concerns, signpost to wider church resources and ensure a healthy social media environment.
The Ministry’s Instagram page is public (eccyoungsdults_). Photography and videos are taken during ALL our events. These images and videos may be shared across our Instagram, other social media platforms (such as WhatsApp), the church’s website, and in church-wide emails to promote and raise awareness of the ministry and draw more people into the love and hope in Christ we share as a community. If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please inform one of the YA Ministry Leaders during any event.
By attending our events, you acknowledge and consent to this Media Usage Policy.
