8th - 14th June - WEEK 2 - Theme - COMMUNITY
Jesus emphasizes the power of collective prayer in Matthew 18:20: “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Community prayer draws us together from wherever we are to a place where we can share in purposeful, deep interaction with our Creator.
Monday 8th June
PRAYER
Lord as we gather today in your name, may we know the power of your Presence among us in prayer, worship, and true fellowship.
Tuesday 9th June
PRAYER
Matthew 18:19-20 promises that agreement in prayer guarantees answers and Jesus’ manifest presence.
Wednesday 10th June
PRAYER
Invite testimonies about answered unity prayers in your small group, family and workplace.
SCRIPTURE
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10: "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labour: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up."
Thursday 11th June
PRAYER
Holy Spirit help us to identify and remove all barriers to unity such as pride, unforgiveness, and miscommunication (name others as you feel led).
SCRIPTURE
1 Corinthians 12:12: "Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts forms one body, so it is with Christ.”
Friday 12th June
PRAYER
Ask God to reveal blind spots, prejudices, and attitudes that contribute to division and to increase our love of Him.
SCRIPTURE
Ephesians 4:3: "Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace."
Saturday 13th June
PRAYER
Father, unite Your people in love. Remove every spirit of division, replacing conflict with Your peace and help us walk in prayer for peace and unity.
SCRIPTURE
Romans 12:4-5: "For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others."
Sunday 14th June
PRAYER
Unity through the Holy Spirit. When believers prioritize gathering together and experience supernatural joy in community.
SCRIPTURE
Colossians 3:14: "And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."
